Stan Fitzgerald asked to join the team of Daugherty V Raffensberger challenging the results of the 2020 Senate Run Off.

Michael J. Daugherty, the founder of The Justice Society, asked Stan Fitzgerald to join his team working on the case. Fitzgerald assisted Daugherty in prepping the case and investigative evidence gathering prior to the first hearing. Vernon Jones joined the effort and the team briefed over lunch before the hearing. When the Clintons lawyers Perkins Coie took the case, the judge dismissed it on a technicality.
